The group was founded in the summer of 2014 by five singers who were previously members of the Regensburger Domspatzen and the Tölzer Knabenchor, the tenors Benjamin Grund, Matthias Müller and Thomas A. Gruber, the bass Stefan Hofmeister and the baritone Daniel Hinterberger.
