Initially comprising brothers Si and Tyber Cranstoun, and now led by Tyber following Si's departure in 2010 for a solo career, they first developed a profile when the single "Kiss on the Lips" entered the UK top 30, peaking at 21, in October 2004 despite no industry backing.

Geier Sturzflug was a German musical group of the Neue Deutsche Welle genre, created in 1979, and probably best known for their hits "Bruttosozialprodukt" (Gross national product), "Pure Lust am Leben," "Einsamkeit," and "Besuchen Sie Europa." The first of these was number one in Germany for the entire month of May 1983. Stylistically they combine music styles of rock, pop, ska, and jazz with cynical lyrics. Their name translates to "Vulture Nosedive" in English.

Millicent Dolly May Small (6 October 1947 - 5 May 2020) was a Jamaican singer and songwriter. She is best known for her 1964 hit "My Boy Lollipop", which reached number 2 in both the UK Singles Chart and the US Billboard Hot 100 and selling over 7 million copies worldwide. On her UK records, she was usually credited mononymously as Millie. She was the Caribbean's first international recording star, and its most successful female performer.

The band comprises lead vocalist Aimee Interrupter, drummer Jesse Bivona, bassist Justin Bivona, and guitarist Kevin Bivona. They have released three studio albums. Goldfinger is an American punk rock and ska punk band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1994. In their early years the band was considered a contributor to the movement of third-wave ska, a mid-1990s revitalization in the popularity of ska. However, the releases of Open Your Eyes and Disconnection Notice saw the band shed most of the ska influence, and they have been more commonly placed in the punk rock genre in later years.
