Girls go Ska is a Mexican band, from CDMX, formed in 2016 made up of six girls and a boy on guitar. The idea of forming a ska band made by women arises from a taste for the genre and the pleasure of being able to share the stage with friends and colleagues. Sole (saxophone) who was a member of a ska band previously, posted via Facebook that she was going to form a band called "Girls go ska" (like an old ska album that brought together 22 bands with female vocalists) and among her contacts they were signing up for this project.
