King introduced a sophisticated style of soloing based on fluid string bending and shimmering vibrato that influenced many later blues electric guitar players.

B.B. King has won 14 GRAMMY awards and recorded over 150 albums during his 60 year plus career. He is one of the greatest and most respected blues guitarists of all time. One Kind Favor is a mixture of old blues covers from Kings early influences. Produced by Grammy Award winner T-Bone Burnett (O Brother Where Art Thou, Walk The Line, The Big Lebowski), the album recaptures much of the spirit and sound of B.B. Kings early recordings, complete with rich horn-section blasts, vintage-style tube distortion on the vocals and boogie-woogie piano.
