Tensions rise as the chefs face their most difficult challenge yet: communication. The contestants are each assigned to cook one of the top five cuisines in America, but the challenge gets turned on its head and shines the spotlight on a select few contestants. While the losing team sifts through trash, and the winning team enjoys massages and a surprise meal, no one is safe from a one-on-one meeting with Chef Ramsey.

Season 22, Episode 07 - "All Up in Your Grills"

Season 22, Episode 06 - The Chefs go head-to-head in a soccer themed cuisine fusion challenge with legend, Alexi Lalas. Can the chefs fuse Japanese, French, Thai, Italian and other cuisines without falling flat? Legendary fusion chef, Tony Messina, will be the judge of that. Afterwards the chefs compete in a chaotic dinner service and attempt to impress NFL Hall-of-Famer Eric Dickerson and actress and television host Melissa Rivers.

Season 22, Episode 05 - "Just Bring the DARN Fish!"
It is finally time for the infamous Surf & Turf relay challenge where the chefs will taste and identify mystery proteins as quickly as possible. Some chefs ace the taste test while others crash and burn. The losers will have to break down entire salmons for dinner service while the winners spend some quality time with Chef Ramsay learning how to axe-throw. The evening’s dinner service is attended by actor Dolph Lundgren, and singer/choreographer Paula Abdul.

Season 22, Episode 04 - "Gimme an H!"
The contestants are put to the test when they must cook one of eight inspired, elevated takes on an American comfort food dish be it a cheeseburger, mac n’ cheese, or even a lobster roll! Some dishes miss the mark, but the lucky winning team prevails and wins a glorious overnight getaway to Santa Barbara. The losing team must bake a behemoth of bread by hand grinding the flour using a mortar and pestle. When the contestants’ third dinner service comes around and they must serve the likes of actress Jennie Garth and model Nikki Howard they feel the heat.

Season 22, Episode 01 - "The Dream Begins"
The theme of Season 22 of Hell’s Kitchen is “The American Dream” and eighteen diverse contestants have come from all over America to follow their dream to work for Chef Gordon Ramsay. In the season premiere episode, contestants will set out to impress Chef Ramsay in the Signature Dish Challenge after being divided into two teams. After meeting some inspirational American icons including boxer Oscar De La Hoya and country music superstar Martina McBride, the winning team will be rewarded with a private dinner party with Chef Ramsay, while the loosing team is left behind to clean up the filthy kitchens.
