Marie Laforêt (born Maïtena Marie Brigitte Doumenach, 5 October 1939 â 2 November 2019) was a French singer and actress, particularly well known for her work during the 1960s and 1970s. In 1978, she moved to Geneva, Switzerland and acquired Swiss citizenship.
