Lakeshore Records will release Rebuilding Paradise-Original Motion Picture Soundtrack digitally on November 6. The music is by award-winning composers Hans Zimmer (The Lion King, No Time To Die, Dune) and Lorne Balfe (Mission Impossible-Fallout, Black Widow). Their evocatively orchestrated score provides an emotive backdrop to the film, from Academy Award-winning director Ron Howard, which chronicles the destruction of the city of Paradise, California by devastating fires and the residents' efforts to restore it.

Lorne Balfe (born 23 February 1976) is a Scottish composer and producer of film, television, and video game scores. A veteran of Hans Zimmer's Remote Control Productions, Balfe is known for his composing music for big-budget films like 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi, Terminator Genisys, Mission: Impossible – Fallout, and the DreamWorks animated films Home and Penguins of Madagascar, as well as the video games Assassin's Creed III, Crysis 2, Skylanders and the Call of Duty franchise. He has also scored the television series The Bible, Marcella, The Crown, and Genius, the latter for which he was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music.

Born in Inverness, Scotland in 1976, Balfe grew up in a musical family and began playing piano at a young age. A gifted musician, by his teens he was making a living writing jingles for commercials, a skill he quickly transitioned into scoring music for TV shows. After a period living in London, he relocated to California, where he joined the staff at composer Hans Zimmer's Santa Monica-based Remote Control Productions.
