The movie is directed by Harry Bradbeer from a screenplay written by Jack Thorne and an original story they co-wrote together. The film stars Millie Bobby Brown, reprising her role as Enola Holmes and Henry Cavill as Sherlock Holmes, with Louis Partridge, Susie Wokoma, Adeel Akhtar, and Helena Bonham Carter also reprising their supporting roles, while David Thewlis and Sharon Duncan-Brewster are added as new cast members.
